Joshua A. Machlus was born in Rochester, Minnesota, and grew up in Palm Coast, Florida. He is dedicated to aggressively representing injury victims and their families. Mr. Machlus received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from The Florida State University College of Law in 2004. In law school he was a member of the Mock Trial Team and the Journal of Transactional Law & Policy.
Mr. Machlus moved to central Florida in 2004. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the federal courts in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
