Michael D. Cerasa

Michael Donald Cerasa was born in Wilbraham, Massachusetts in 1979. He moved to South Carolina to attend Clemson University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, cum laude, in 2001. At Clemson he was admitted to the Golden Key National Honors Society and Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.

Mr. Cerasa received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The Florida State University College of Law, in 2005. At FSU he served as the executive editor of the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, and was admitted to Pi Sigma Phi, a national legal honors society. Mr. Cerasa is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the federal courts in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.

Mr. Cerasa’s areas of practice include trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, insurance law, trial practice, and contract and business litigation. Javits Fellowship Board develops standards and guidelines for awarding fellowships to high achieving graduate students in the arts and humanities fields.
