Orlando Truck Accident Attorney
Vanessa L. Brice chose to become an attorney for one reason – she wanted to help injury victims and their families. After years of working closely with victims and their families, as a persona injury paralegal, she knew that she could do more for them and the way to accomplish that was to become a lawyer.
Ms. Brice was born and raised in Zimbabwe. She met her husband, a U.S. Marine, while he was stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Harare, and moved to the United States when he received new orders. Ms. Brice became a naturalized citizen of the U.S. in 2000. She, her husband, and their daughter Nyasha, now live in Orlando, Florida.
Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Brice gained over 15 years of experience as a persona injury paralegal specializing in litigation and trial support. While working as a paralegal she began attending night school and, in 2006, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing, with honors.
Ms. Brice entered Florida A&M University Law School in August, 2006, earning her Doctor of Jurisprudence in May, 2009. While attending law school, she joined Colling Gilbert Wright & Carter a summer clerk/intern in 2007. She continued to work with the firm throughout the rest of her time at law school, and officially joined the firm as an attorney in August, 2009.
In addition to representing injury victims, driven by her passion and informed by her personal experience as the wife of a U.S. Marine Veteran, Ms. Brice is also a Veterans Administration Accredited Agent.
